Certified Orthodontic Assistant & Office Manager
Jane is a certified orthodontic assistant and the office manager, with over 30 years experience. She has been treating our patients with care and compassion since 1972. Jane spends her free time at her condo on Lake Cumberland and loves to travel. While visiting Lake Cumberland she loves boating and relaxing with friends and family. Her interest include entertaining and being entertained especially with her BUNCO friends.

Pam Pottenger, Reception Desk
Pam has been with our office since 1974. She has worked as an assistant, with the financial department, and currently works at the Reception desk, she helps you to coordinate your appointments to fit into your busy schedule. Pam is a graduate of Elkhart Institute of Dental Technology. In her free time she loves spending time her husband, two children and especially her granddaughter. Her interest include gardening, she loves to grow hot peppers! Her favorite channel is QVC.

Gerrie Ulreich, Reception Desk
Gerrie has been with our office since 1976. Gerrie is a front desk receptionist. When she's not hard at work Gerrie enjoys shopping and eating out with friends and family. You might catch her at the Harley Davidson store in Fairfield. Other interested include caring for horses, she won 1st place Blue Ribbon in a horse show in Eaton, Ohio. You'll never catch her not wearing a smile!

Certified Orthodontic Assistant
Karen is an orthodontic assistant, with over 25 years experience. She spends a lot of time getting to know her patients on a more personal level. She spends her time off traveling south to visit with her family in Florida and loves to spend time at her families cottage on Lake Cumberland. She loves boating on the lake, and enjoys spending time with her 5 grandchildren.

Sandy Schubert, Orthodontic Lab
Sandy has been employed here since 1986. Sandy is the lab technician and works hard to make all those creative retainers and appliances. Sandy is also a part time orthodontic assistant. You can see Sandy on the back of her husband's Harley riding around Trenton. She enjoys camping and spending time with her 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren. She spends lots of time traveling with friends, she's crusade around the Bahamas, Mexico and Hawaii!

Debbie has been employed here since 1990. Debbie has worked in our insurance department, and currently works in our lab. Debbie spends her free time with her family, she is married and has 2 children. Her passion is animals, she even releases the spiders we find into the wild.

Treatment Coordinator & Certified Orthodontic Assistant
Dani joined our team In October of 2001 as an Orthodontic Assistant, she is also Dr. Jacob's Treatment Coordinator. She greets all new patents with a warm smile, making them feel at home. While not at work she spends time with her husband and daughter Taylor, visiting Cincinnati's local attractions. She enjoys traveling to Florida's gulf coast and loves spending time on the beach! You may catch her eating out with friends at local restaurants, or at the Elk's Country Club swimming with her daughter. She enjoys watching Tiger Woods and numerous other sports with her husband. GO UC!

Certified Orthodontic Assistant
Char has been working for Dr. Jacobs since 1988. She treats all our patients with care and compassion, she's an exceptional assistant. She is married and has a son and Daughter. In her free time she loves to attend cardio dance & kickboxing classes. You might catch her at Symmes Tavern enjoying dinner with friends and family. She has never missed a Reds opening day game and is an avid supporter of the UC football & basketball teams. Live Music is her passion, she never misses an opportunity to see a good concert.

Brenda Murphy, Orthodontic Assistant
Brenda joined our team in 2007 she is an orthodontic assistant. Brenda spends a lot of time making her patients feel comfortable. Brenda has three daughters, and a grandson. Branda enjoys traveling to Tennessee, New York and Illinois to visit with her family. She enjoys visiting area restaurants with friends. She makes eggs every morning for her dog Toby, and loves to share her delicious pumpkin bread.

Tim Pater, Business Managment
Tim joined our team in April of 2002. Tim handles all Financing and Insurance Claims, he is a graduate of Miami University of Arts & Science. Tim spends his free time on home improvement projects, and playing guitar in a band. You can experience his musical talent around town with the band Murphy's Law.
